On Wednesday (Aug. 11), Instagram user @worldtourtoo shared a video of the rapper buying  jewelry  at a kiosk in an Atlanta  mall . Per his reaction, he seemed to allege that Big Draco’s new gems were not real. “Not big Soulja.
